In katagana and hiragana there is no Ba
So how do you write ''Baka'' ?

there is a ba.

Katakana: バ
Hiragana: ば

The " change the h to a b. Also, a small circle instead of " changes the h to a p.

So (ironically) baka is:

Katakana: バカ
Hiragana: ばか
Kanji: 馬鹿 (although I don't think this is used much)

See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiragana

A ''more complete'' list of Hiragana can be found there. Guess you just have a list which ends at ん (n)?
