I want to go to the concert @ 国立代々木競技場 (Yoyogi National Gymnasium) on April 5, 2008 (4月5日(土)18:30) but since I cannot speak Japanese very well, I cannot call the number they list. How can I get these tickets? I only need one! Can I buy them online, or can I get someone from Tokyo to help me?

Aside from the phone number you mentioned, (phone # of the organizer, Kyodo Tokyo)no detail has yet released even on ticket reservation sites. Generally, however, you need Japanese to book tickets even online. If you know someone in Japan, ask him/her to help you or use ticket selling agency like this. http://www.fdjp.com/
