Can we stay at station at night with seishun 18 kippu.

The Seishun 18 Kippu is valid from midnight to midnight, except in the Osaka and Tokyo areas, where it is valid until the end of train operations around 1am. Most stations close during the night, and you will have to leave the "paid fare zone".

Stations close from around 1am until 5am. If you are looking for somewhere very cheap to stay you could try a 24-hour internet cafe- some of them even have showers.
