What is the Japanese translation of "lock", and "heart"? Thanks!

if you don't mind me asking, what is it for? some context may help.

lock like a padlock is rokku, the unconjugated verb form is kagiokakeru, but i remember there being some nuance about locking things in and out being different, though I don't remember specifics...

heart like the organ is shinzou but that is used in a biological sense only, not to mean anything figurative regarding emotions like empathetic, thoughtful, kind, etc. not real sure what you are looking for.
