Weather in March... 2008/1/2 14:51
Hi, I'm planning to travel to Japan in mid March this year. Can I know what's the weather like during mid March?

I'm planning to travel to few cities: Tokyo, Nogoya, Osaka, Kyoto. Is the weather the same for these few cities? And which city should I travel down from?

The weather is very similar for the four cities. Her are the basics:

it all depends where you land in Japan!
all these 4 towns line up along the Toyoko Shinkansen line as follows:
Tokyo..2hrs..Nagoya..1hr..Kyoto.15 minutes...Osaka
if you land in NARITA and leave Japan from there, you go down from Tokyo. you can see the 3 other towns in any order, especially if you have a JR PASS.
If you use Kansai airport or Nagoya airport, you can stay first near the town closest to the airport (Osaka or Nagoya) then go to Tokyo and see Kyoto AND EITHER Osaka or Nagoya on the way back to either Nagoya or Osaka.
