I need to buy a ticket from Narita to Vancouver back to Narita, business class on Japan Airlines. I am in Vancouver right now, and the agency told me it is much cheaper to buy the ticket in Japan. Any recommendation?

There are a lot of japanese travel agencies with english pages; if you do a google search you can find more than this.
