When is Kappabashi open after New Years

Does anyone know from when Kappabashi (kitchen town) is open after New Years. I went today (3 Jan) but it was closed. Also, what time do the shops open there. Thanks.

It depends on shops. Most shops are open Mon-Fri while about 90% shops are open on Sat and only 30% shops are open on Sun.
I guess they are open today (Jan 4th).
