I wish to take a train from Yokahama to Tokyo on a day trip,whilst my cruiseship is in port

The nearest station is Nihon-odori on Minatomirai Subway Line, which is connected to the Tokyu Toyoko Line. It's seven-minute walk.
From the station, you can get to Shibuya directly. It costs 460yen, or 4.2usd and takes 40 minutes.
