May I know if there is a direct train (shinkansen) from Osaka to Yuzawa? Where can I find more info? Thanks!

You mean Echigo-Yuzawa?

If so, you need to change from the Tokaido Shinkansen to Joetsu Shinkansen at Tokyo Station. The journey takes about 4 hours 15 minutes.
