http://www.jrhokkaido.co.jp/network/kipp/a_2.html#s4according to JR hokkaido website, I am interested in kaisuken or multiple ticket from Sapporo to Lake Toya. But I wonder is it can be used by 4 people at once, or only used by 1 people 4 times. Thanks in advance

It is basically just a set of four regular tickets, that can be used by anybody on any date within the period of validity. In other words: four people can use the four tickets at once.
