I used seishun kippu during winter vacation, but I used it only 2 from all 5 stamps.
Is it posssible or not if i want to use this remained kippu on spring vacation.

You can sell it to a ticket shop, or so called "Kinkenya", or "Chiketto-shop". If you're in Tokyo now, you'll find a flock of them in Shinjuku and Shimbashi areas. Sell it as soon as possible. As yours has a two days' portion, they are likely to buy it for a good price.
