I read that Hakone Free pass is discontinued as of October 2007. Is this true? Thank you for your help i will being going there in March 2008.

Hakone Free Pass still exists. As 2-day Hakone Free Pass was added to the conventional 3-day pass in October 2007, "Hakone Weekday Pass (2day)" discontinued.
