Whether there is a real opportunity at the Russian student to arrive to Japan? In that sense that there even year to live.. With an opportunity of studying of language.

Yes it is possible (as long as you have enough money to support yourself and to show to Immigration and pay for school).
Research "Japanese Language Schools", which provide student visas.
