I have a work visa, but I quit my job. What happens when your Visa sponsor withdraws? How long do you have to find a new sponsor?

Theoretically I believe it's about 3 months, but actually Immigration has no way of knowing that you are not working, unless you leave the country for that amount of time and try to come back in.
As long as you have a job when you apply to renew your visa you should be okay.
