Has anyone heard of this magazine? I'm guessing by the title that it's a magazine for young women, but is it a tabloid magazine w/ just rumors, or is it a fashion magazine or about celebrities?

I would say it's more a magazine aimed at women over 30 actually- possibly even over 40. It has a lot of tabloid gossip, "entertainment news" and not much fashion.
Cancam and Nonno are examples of magazines aimed at younger women.
