Miyuki:
I believe that Jose's message is, Jose will be visiting Japan in early April for 15 days and will be traveling to Tokyo (2 days), Takayama (2 days), Kyoto (3 days), Hiroshima (2 days), Nagasaki (2 days) and back to Tokyo (1 day). He plans to use the JR Rail Pass.
From the above, I ASSUME that his arrival airport is Narita and he will return to Tokyo to depart from Narita.
Jose's interests include visiting small Cities, Nature and also Modern. Modern would possibly be anything to do with present day development that would be unique and of interest for tourists to see.
Yes, he's looking for any advice and suggestions we can give him for his consideration. What would you suggest that he do and see while in the Cities he plans to visit. Should Jose consider visiting other places such as Nara, Himeji, etc. You can also comment on the order of the Cities he should visit Jose also thanks all in advance for any assistance we provide him. OBRIGADO is "thank you" in Portuguese.
JOSE: Your number of days do not total 15 days. Do you count your arrival day in Tokyo as one day and your departure date from Tokyo as one day??? What is your arrival time at Narita and departure time? Have you reserved your hotels already or will you do this after you consider what we suggest?

Jose:
Is this your first trip to Japan? Are you traveling by yourself? We can give you better suggestions if you're more specific. What is your arrival DATE & Time at Narita Airport? What is your departure DATE & Time at Narita Airport? Did you reserve your hotels? It's easier to relate to your schedule if you use number of NIGHTS instead of Days. Exactly what do you mean by Modern? Modern Cities, where teenagers hang-out, etc.?
If your arrival time at Narita is in the morning, I would go straight to Kyoto instead of spending 2 nights/days in Tokyo plus 1 night/day in Tokyo before your departure. Then, your last City would be Tokyo. This would not work if your Narita arrival time is later in the day.
Nagasaki to Tokyo takes about 8 to 9 hours. You should consider visiting another City in the Kansai area or altering your schedule to reduce your same day travel time. You should prepare a detailed Itinerary to include train travel time to relate better to what I'm saying.
On the first page of this website, look at the lower left and click on any one of the City that you have an interest in for information about that City. Also, look above the postings to run a search on any City, Subject, etc., that were previously posted. You'll get a lot of information that will help you. I'm sure you did some research but doing more research as I suggested will help you plan a better trip.
Have a safe and wonderful trip!
