Though you need to pay 300 yen for admission, Nanja Town in Ikebukuro Sunshine City has "Gyoza Stadium," where a dozen famous Gyoza shops are located.

in ikebukuro, if you exit the west gate of the station and walk towards biku-camera/starbucks... near Saizeria there's a Chinese restaurant that serves large sized gyoza, chinese style. The rest of the food there is delicious too.
Here's a list of directions on how to get there. 1. West exit 2. Cross the street towards McDonalds (should be opposite side of biku-camera and starbucks) 3. keep walking until you see Saizeria (should be about 5 minutes of walking) 4. Once you see Saizeria turn right and stay on the right side of the road. 5. pretty soon you'll notice a small, Chinese restaurant. I forgot the name of it, but the sign is red. Order the Gyoza. I also recommend the chicken wings. Very delicious!
