re JR Pass in Kyushu - I read from JR website the flwg and wonder what does it mean by "Kyushu Railway Co"
Does it mean this JR Pass include not only JR Rail service but also Nishitetsu Railway Co train service?

No. Nishitetsu is a completely different railway company, not covered by any JR pass.
