Narita Airport to Osaka Train Evening 2008/1/29 17:29
I arrive in Narita airport at 6:00 PM on Feb 4th. I have to go to Osaka. There are no flights after 6:30 PM.
1) Are there fast trains after 7:30 PM?
2) How to catch the train from Narita airport?
3) Can I take two suitcases?
4) How long it takes to Osaka?
Thanks for your help.

There are no direct trainsf rom Narita Airport to Osaka, you have to connect in Tokyo first.
See question 2:

2) How to catch the train from Narita airport?

Take the train from Narita Airport to Tokyo using JR trains:

From Tokyo Station/Shinagawa Station take the Shinkansen to Osaka:

3) Can I take two suitcases?
Normally yes, if they aren't too huge, but you can usually find space:

Narita-Osaka 2008/1/30 09:30
Allowing time to get through immigration, collect your luggage and clear customs (assuming the flight is not late), and buy your ticket, you have two possible connections:

19.13 Narita Airport- Nex to Tokyo arriving at 20.13. Then Nozomi shinkansen at 20.30 arriving Shin Osaka at 23.03. (3 hours 50 minutes).

Or 19.43 Narita Airport- Nex to Shinagawa arriving at 21.02. Then Nozomi shinkansen at 21.27
arriving Shin Osaka at 23.45. (4 hours 2 minutes).

The fare for both is 16150 with reserved seat, 15540 for unreserved.

At Narita Airport, just follow the directions to the JR platforms.

You may find the change of trains easier at Shinagawa, especially with two suitcases.

On the Nex, luggage is not a problem. On the shinkansen, you can stow your luggage behind the last seats in each car if space is available.
