I am writing a valentines note to a friend and want to write something like, "I know you'll get a lot of chocolate, don't eat it all at once so you don't get sick!" I know isei ni for all at once, but I've only heard it in conjunction with things like "we started running at once" and my googling iseinitabenaide!" doesn't turn up many hits, making me think I am using it wrong. Is there another phrase to use?

Thanks!

Kate,

Try "一気に食べないで" (ikkini tabenaide).
