I found a lot of Š”Žå—D‘ÒŒ” in yahoo auction. If I buy it, how to use it. Just like a normal ticket check in, on board and go?

If you are talking about "kabunushi yuutai ken" (Š”Žå—D‘ÒŒ”) for airilines, note that those are only DISCOUNT vouchers, not the air tickets themselves.

Chua,
It all depends what the voucher is for... In the case of train company vouchers, you just present the voucher(s) when you buy the ticket to get a discount. I presume the same applies for airline tickets and other purchases.
