Toyoko Inn Cancellation Policy.

If I want to cancel Toyoko Inn's reservation I know that I can walk in to the hotel before 4pm of the arrival date to cancel. But is there any other options such as e-mailing them? Also, what happens if I don't cancel by 4pm? They didn't require any credit card detail so how can they charge for No Show?
