Hi,
I'm currently a member of Hibiya and Minato libraries, and was wondering if there were any others with better foreign language (english) sections.
Hibiya's got quite a good selection so maybe it's the best anyway, but if anyone else knows of any others with good english sections it would be much appreciated.

Suginami library

Even though it's in the suburbs, the Suginami Chuo library has over 1000 English books, which is supposed to be one of the bigger selections in Tokyo. I believe you have to be a resident of Suginami ward to borrow books though.
