Kimi Ryokan 2008/2/14 23:01
Hi !

I have booked for my six nights in Tokyo in Kimi Ryokan adviced by Lonely Planet guide but have seen bad opinions on the net from other travelers...would like to know if any of you have stayed/booked there and could give me your opinion....

Thanks!

The rooms in Kimi Ryokan of Ikebukuro is small but clean. It is not too far from the Wesr exit of JR Ikebukuro station but it may take some time to find it for the first time. The area is dark at night but safe. There is no private bath but it is OK if care to wait. Many travellers from the west like to stay at this ryokan while visitors from Taiwan and Hong Kong like to stay at House Ikebukuro, another good ryokan at the same area, which is even cheaper.
