my flight arrival at Nagoya in the early morning so where I can change jr exchange to jr pass and what time the jr counter is opened? I would like to take a train to Tokyo at 9.00am who can suggest me how can I do,please ?

JoJo there is no JR Counter at NGO/Chubu/Nagoya Airport, you will need to travel from the Airport to Nagoya Station (by other trains or bus).
