Hello,I am heading down to yokohama in 2 weeks and i was wondering if there are any DVD/book stores that sell any Anime or Sailor Moon japanese DVD's

There are many stores in Tokyo that sell those items as well.
Anycase yes there are stores in Yokohama, depends on where in Yokohama you plan to visit. There are many stores that sell DVDs etc. There's a large yodobashi camera right across from Yokohama Station as well.
