Tokoy-kyoto-Nara-Osaka-Hakone-Tokyo

Hi,I am landing in Narita on 19 March and is going to Kyoto (my base) from 19-23 March 08.

From Kyoto, i am planning to visit osaka and nara.

Please advice
1) What are the special places to visit in Kyoto, Osaka and Nara? And of course how to get to the places u recommend from Kyoto station, which is near my hotel.

2) Any other locations i should visit? e.g. Hiroshima, kobe etc?

3) Any special places i need to go in Hakone? I am not planning an onsen, but to walk around. And of course, how to get to the places u recommended

4) I have been to tokyo before. But i havent covered all. Planning to re-visit Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tokyo. Any new updates where to go? How about ueno and Ikeburbuo. thanks
