Japanese train directions?

I want to go some places I can not find direction for and I am not sure how to find out the train route on the net.

What places are you trying to go to? Just make sure you enter the correct station names.
For example, Kobe Station isn't the main station for Kobe, and Shimoda isn't the station name for Shimoda. Minor things like that.
