Chuo Line to Hachioji

On Wikipedia, it says something about construction from Mitaka Station to Tachikawa Station.

Will I be able to take Chuo Line from Shinjuku to Hachioji anyways?

The train runs every day from around 4 am to around 1 am very frequently along with the ongoing construction. No problem at all. I live on the line.

But be warned the service is frequently delayed or suspended on this line. Allow another 10 to 15 minutes to the scheduled time not to be late for an appointment etc.
