Can we find lockers in Kyoto Station 2008/2/18 19:34
We are a big group of 13 people,we will have a half day off in Kyoto before we continue to Kansai Airport,so we want to visit some of the world heritage.Can we find a lockers to keep our 14 luggages at Kyoto Station during that time?

On busy weekends, all lockers are sometimes taken. At other times, you won't have a problem. Even of all lockers are taken, you can use the luggage counter.

Yes, a left luggage counter could be a better solution.
Still, if you travel in one of the busiest seasons such as the spring and the autumn, even that establishment can be filled up.

For your peace of mind, I might suggest you to utilize a courier service. Ask your hotel to arrange it. You will have your luggage picked up by the evening and delivered to the designated courier counter at the airport you are flying out of the next day.

The charge must be higher than lockers, however considering the number of you, the delivery service seems to be more civilized a choice, I'd say.
