Recommended English Teaching Companies

Plan to teach English in Japan. Know of GEOS, Aeon, ECC and heard about Nova. Apart from these are there any other decent English Teaching companies that anyone can recommend. Am aware of some of the practices and teacher burnout. So wish to avoid those.

It isn't a company, but rather a government-sponsored program: Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Programme. You can find plenty of information about the JET Programme on this site or other.
