Hi,
are Sunrise tours only available to be booked online? Or is it possibe to book from your hotel or service counters at Shinjuku station or elsewhere?

At most major JR shinkansen stations, you'll find a rack of JTB travel brochures near the information desk area where you purchase your tickets. You can pick one up and use the phone number to book your reservation. They have English speaking agents, as well.

JTB Sunrise Tours is probably the most recognized and reputable Tour Operating company in Japan so they seldom offer discounts.
