I am guessing that is the same as the ebay seller Ichiroya, and the website of the same name.
If so, their website has their address and contact information (great friendly people, by the way):

Ichiroya is actually in (or outside of) Osaka. I believe it is closer to Kyoto in distance though as this is where the major Giesha districts were located. Check out the website. It's amazing. Have credit card handy!! Also, may want to check out "Giesha" by Liza Dalby, first foreigner (American)to become giesha. Great anthropological work on giesha history and culture through the ages.
