Shiso gyoza in Ikebukuro

Last year I went to this ramen restaurant in Ikebukuro that served shiso gyoza. I instantly fell in love with it and would like to have it again when I go to Japan in March.

Does anybody know the name of this place? I remember the restaurant having a big circular counter downstairs and tables upstairs. There was a flat screen TV on each table as well.
Can somebody please help? Or do you know anywhere else that serves shiso gyoza?
