What is the largest shopping area and music store for JPop music, tshirts, etc?

It depends on the artist, but try the street Takeshita Dori from Harajuku Station on the Yamanote Line for T-shirts. For CDs, any large CD store has good selections. HMV, Tower Records, Shinseido, etc.

Shibuya is crowded of CD shops, and also I believe thereLs a street in Ochanomizu with lots of shops too.
