hi there! my gf she recently came to uk to stay for a few months she brought along with her cellphone and naturaly a recharger and a plug adapter and a power inverter, we are looking to buy a japanese wii but she said that the power inverter that she brought along can only be used with small eletronics such as cell phones, is this true? if so does any 1 know what type of power converter do i need to buy for the wii? and can any 1 recommend a shop in london that sells them? thank you!

You should be able to find a suitable power converterin a good hardware store, or in any other store specialized in cables, connectors and electricity items in general.
