guyanese who want to marry okinawan

i have most paper work done but the city office said i need my afidavit to be sign by the guyanese embassy which is in tokyo. i call the guyanese embassy but they say they cant help me i have to contact guyanese embassy in perkin china. one more thing my wedding is on saturday 8 march.
