Try Aoki Mens Plaza. There's one in Nishi Shinjuku right beside the big Yodobashi camera, they have gaijin sizes. Right across the street from Aoki is "the suit company". They have great salary-man clothes at a great price, and even have stuff that fits my 6'3" (182cm) frame. Good luck, finding clothes that fit a foreigner in Japan is a little of a challenge
