Was she your wife before being deported? or did you marry her after? there was something similar a while back. the lady was banned from Japan for 5 years and the answer was that she couldn't go back to Japan until the 5 years ban were finished, even if she married a Japanese. You MUST ask the immigration department, if you are in Japan, or the embassy if you live someplace else. They have the type of accurate legal information that you need.
