UK eligible for working holiday?

I know on this site it says: Japan has currently mutual working holiday agreements with the following countries: * Australia * Canada * Denmark * Germany * France * Ireland * Korea * New Zealand * United Kingdom But at the ministory of foreign affaires website the UK isnt on the list: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/04.htmljust wondering if someone could clarify for me what countries are eligible. thanks
