Working visa - how?

Hi everybody,
I would like to ask you something...how can I get a working visa? For example:
I am in the Japan and I find a good job, but employer want valid workong visa..so I go to immigration office but officer say that I need a contract for first. How does fix this problem. Thank

You have to find an employer who is willing to sponsor you for a visa. If the employer of the job you found won't sponsor you, then you won't be able to do that job unfortunately. You cannot get a work visa without various documents from a sponsoring employer.
