Can someone please tell me the traditional order of colours on the koinobori pole for various members of the family?

Rather than colors, koinobori is normally displayed according to their size (with the biggest one top) as if you line up from father (the biggest, in general), mother, elderly child to the youngest. Please see the picture on this page.
