Hi! I would like to go to a concert in Nagano on May 1st; proven that the last Shinkansen is at 21:40; is there any other way to get to Tokyo after that time?

Well, if there isnLt any way just waiting to 6am next day for the first Shinkansen... how can we spend the night in Nagano?? We canLt afford a 10000 yen Business Hotel... I donLt know if the youth hostel there has a curfew, but anyway we cannot speak japanese, so we wonLt be able to reserve. Anything (love hotel, 24hr internet place, capsule, a club opening until late) will do
