Hi, I'm travelling to tokyo soon. Wondering if there's any stores in Tokyo (eg shinjuku/ikebukuro/shibuya,town area) which has stores selling scrapbooking supplies.

There's Itoya 2 in Ginza for paper, tools, embellishments, albums etc... (second floor), Itoya 1 basement for stamps and stickers. There's also Ginza Soleil just around the corner from Itoya. It has a 500 membership fee, and its a bit expensive, but decent selection.

Go to Loft in Ikebukuro and also Shinjuku has one too. They have a lot of stationary supplies including photo albums.
Sometimes large book stores have them too.
