Any area in Osaka-shi that street live can be enjoyed similiar to a weekend in Yoyogi park?

I assume that you mean "live street music or entertainment" try Amerika-mura in the Shinsaibashi area (west of Mido-Suji). You can't miss the huge clown head. there are also street musicians here and there in Kita and Namba near the railway stations

all the places I mentioned are busy 7 days a week. obviously (because of school) there are more late teens in Amerika-mura on weekends

Usually on a Sunday at the JR end of Osakajokoen between 1200 and 1600 ish. Search groups for "Japan Street Live" on Facebook for videos and photos.

There was live music outside the train station when I visited. A couple of groups were there.
