Hi ! pls advise any Theme Restaurant around Makuhari Messe where i can't speak and understand Japanese.
I need to reserve for 50 people on 11 April 2008 Dinner.
Can you also advise me what is the total i have to pay to dine and any menue in English???

echo, I notice that you have a lot of questions for a big group visiting Japan soon, but a group of 30, 50 taking a coach or getting one seating at a restaurant is nothing you go without arranging for block booking and possibly working through travel agency/tour operator... 50 people sounds like enough to fill a banquet hall at a big hotel!
