Buying a new japanese laptop

Hello everyone,
I want to buy a laptop with the following restrictions.
Battery at least 7 hours
Weight less then 2lb
DVD burner.
Wide screen (about 12")
The rest of the specification as high as possible.
Money is not a problem.
I didnt find what I am looking for on the net. Dynamism website was the closest.
If I come to japan can I find better laptop then the UE & US market ? can you guide me to some link online?
I can manage Japaneses website with the help of translator :)
