I have dry hair. so please suggest me a best, mild, moisturising, natural shampoo and conditioner with less chemicals that i can get in Japan?

Hair care material is different on each person, I think. But if you're looking for non-chemical ones, Pax Naturon is probably one of the most popular brands that are sold not only at organic material shops but at ordinary supermarkets as well.
For moisterizing, you can apply "tsubaki-abura" oil or olive oil after you roughly dry your hair.
