Immunisation 2008/4/1 00:25
I'm going to Tokyo in 2 weeks, do I need and injections before I travel? I can't find anything online that says for sure.

No, generally speaking if you're from any major developed nation, you already have had the vaccinations. Even if you haven't Japan is a very safe country where no additional shots are required.

Do make sure though that you have been immunised against measles at some point in your life (most likely it was done when you were a baby or small child.)

Japanese people are not routinely vaccinated against measles and so there are outbreaks here every year.
