Diamond City Mall out in Natori. It's my wife's favorite shop. Easy to get there from Sendai station as there is a station right t the Diamond City mall.

Like SAS, the Diamond City ZARA is one of our weekend destination resorts, be careful if you enter on the ground floor central entrance however, there is a pet store where they encourage you hold the puppies and kittens !
